"Incredible service! My pool deck had long been a source of disappointment till I found Joe. I previously had two separate contractors attempt to repair and resurface the deck with disappointing and expensive results. I was considering the expensive process of replacing the entire slab before I contacted Hartman Concrete Restoration. What Joe did was nothing short of amazing. He explained that the previous contractors had laid down the cement overlay without properly preparing the surface, and that the delamination was likely due to efflorescence (moisture coming up through the slab that shows as a white residue). To remedy this, Joe laid down a moisture-blocking epoxy and silica barrier before applying a gorgeous textured overlay, finished with beautiful tan-colored waterproof sealer.
